Francis, a small town just 20 minutes away from the world famous Park City. Even though this town has its roots in agricultural, the community is thriving and growing in the outdoor sport industry. The majority of the valley floor is reserved for farming, but the hills surrounding have been transforming into a bikers paradise, compliments of the South Summit Trail foundation and the High Star Ranch trail system.
Francis and the Kamas Valley
With lack of availability for purchasing commercial property and the extremely inflated rental costs of Summit County, most people in this mountain valley have opened businesses out of their homes. This has help create a unique and community-mined economy, like no other, where people are not only our customers, but our neighbors.
